I have created a new Request For Change (RFC) and the Implementation Plan was quite long. Now when the Change Implementer tries to implement the change they can see the plan, but it is hiding the buttons they need to click to progress the change.
ServiceDesk Solution 7 MR1
This appears to be a web control issue. The scroll bar for the implementation plan itself works, however the buttons should always be presented under that frame.
This has been logged with Symantec development. The fix can be implemented by making these changes in the SD.Change Management project:
"Implementer Executes the Change"(component 11.15)
"Implementation Plan" Form(Component 12)
"IncludeHtmlComponent"(component displaying [AllImplementationPlans]
Change this component from visual overflow to scroll
"Tester Executes the Test Plans"(component 11.23)
"Test Plan" Form(Component 7)
"IncludeHtmlComponent"(component displaying [AllTestPlans]
Change this component from visual overflow to scroll.
Please contact support if you require assistance implementing this fix.
