Problem
I have had two customers over the past two days call in with the following error message when setting up the Repository Manager and pointing to existing Wise databases.
"Database setup requires that the target server support SQL authentication. Please configure the selected database server for SQL authentication or choose another server that supports SQL authentication and try again"
Environment
Upgrading from Wise Pakcage Studio 7.0 SP3 to 8.0
Cause
User does not have the proper permissions.
Solution
User needs to make sure they are apart of the SysAdmin group in SQL.
