Why do I see Duplicate Data in Servicedesk Reports?

Why do I see duplicate data in Servicedesk reports? I see the same incident number listed over and over in a report.
You are seeing multiple tasks related to the same incident, because the report is configured to show all tasks. If you redefine the report to NOT show completed tasks, you will see the appropriate information once for each incident.
