KNOWN ISSUE: Sysprep fails with error "Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file"

Problem
When Sysprep runs on a Windows 7 x64 Enterprise system the error 'Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file' is displayed and sysprep fails. (see attached bitmaps)
Note: This issue is vary sporatic. Most DS 7.1 customers running the 'Prepare for Image capture' task will not encounter this issue.

Cause
The cause of this issue is unknown at this time.
Solution
The reason why this issue is occuring is unknown at this time. Symantec is currently investigating. Before calling support please do the following: 1) Turn on additional DS 7.1 logging. See KB 52715.
2) Rerun the 'Prepare for Image capture' task.
3) Gather the files specified below:
a. 'ClientPreImage.log' file. Located in the directory specified in KB 52715.
b. 'unattend.xml' located in the c:\windows\system32\sysprep and c:\windows\panther.
