During a backup using Deduplication and Remote Agent Direct Access (RADA), the backup seems to hang and the following error is found in the event viewer "Pdvfs Helper Service has stopped working". Closing this results in the system crashing and rebooting.

Problem
During a backup using Deduplication and Remote Agent Direct Access (RADA), the backup seems to hang. The following error is found in the event viewer: "Pdvfs Helper Service has stopped working". Closing this results in the system crashing and rebooting.

Solution
This issue can occur if a single backup job iss trying to backup multiple RADA servers. With deduplication, there can be only one RADA per job. Creating separate backup jobs for each RADA will resolve the issue.
