Here is the download of the BESRMS_9_0_HF_1.msi file to resolve issues stated in document # 347589
Solution
After this has been installed, it can be verified by
checking the file version on the Symantec.BackupSln.Silverlight.Web.dll file
located in "%Program Files\Altiris\Backup Exec System Recovery Management
Solution\Silverlight.Web\bin". It should be 9.0.1.x
