Enterprise Vault (EV) Support for Outlook 2010/2013
Solution
Enterprise Vault offers full support for the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of both Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 on end-users desktops:
- Outlook 2010 support requires Enterprise Vault 9.0.1 client or later*
- Outlook 2013 support requires Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 client or later*
* It may be necessary to apply an EV server hotfix (for 8.x and 9.x servers) in order for some client operations to work successfully. More information will be provided within the release kit.
