This article provides additional information on support for Outlook 2010/2013 in Enterprise Vault.


Solution



Enterprise Vault offers full support for the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of both Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 on end-users desktops:

  • Outlook 2010 support requires Enterprise Vault 9.0.1 or later* (client and server)
  • Outlook 2013 support requires Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 or later* (client and server)

* It may be necessary to apply an EV server hotfix (for 8.x and 9.x servers) in order for some client operations to work successfully.
