Environment

NS 6.0 SP2 Hotfix 19
Connector Pack for Remedy 6.0.1034

Cause

The release notes for the Remedy Connector indicate that this was tested on NS 6.0 SP2 Hotfix 18. This connector requires the hooks in the NS Core to the Altiris Profiler. Hotfix 18 doesn't contain these hooks.

Solution

To fix this, either install the Hotfix 19 Hotfix that contains the hooks for the Profiler utility or upgrade to SP3.
