Failed to start the Symantec management client service. Error code returned: 0x80070420
Symptoms
When you start the Symantec endpoint protection client (SMC -START) or by All programs > Symantec > Symantec Endpoint Protection.
It shows the following message:

Go to add / remove programs and do repair on Symantec Endpoint Protection
