Cause



Windows SidebySide is corrupt and/or missing components required to run properly.


Solution



Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 x86 redistributable.

Install "Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB973923)".

Reboot the system.

Install any pending Windows Updates and reboot the system.
