Clients do not communicate with SEPM - Error Code: 87 found in Sylink.log

Symptoms
05/04 15:22:03 [2588] Unable to create Session with 'User Proxy' settings - Proxy Server: Error Code: 87

05/04 15:22:03 [2588] Unable to create Session with 'No Proxies' settings - Error Code: 87


Solution



Few clients are not communicating with Network.
  • Check if there is any Proxy Server used in the Network.
  • If yes, give exception for SEPM hostname and IP address in Proxy Server
  • Clients will communicate with SEPM
