The report "Count of computers by operating system and installation directory" is not reporting the proper numbers

Problem
"Count of computers by operating system and installation directory" appears to not be reporting properly for some users.
Environment
Notification Server 6.0.6074
NS 6.0 SP3
Cause
The level 2 of this report runs a query that returns the number of computers with that operating system. This what the report is designed to do.
Solution
Clone this report and modify the level 2 query to use the "install directory" column as the condition.
