Problem
The link: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/news_bulletins/index.jsp points to an old bulletin and notification service that Symantec Enterprise Support stopped using as of August 1, 2010.
The current SymWISE service is subscription-based and allows subscription notifications or RSS feeds for new or updated content of various types for any product.
