TS7: When the Altiris Agent is installed on Win2008 R2 64bit, after a clean shutdown, the shutdown event tracker always pops up on boot.

Problem
If you install the Altiris Agent onto Windows 2008 R2 x64, it includes the Task Agent. If you shutdown and restart the server, and give the system a reason for doing so, the server will still show the shutdown event screen on restart. We're not sure if it clears the other reason, or what is happening, but you'll get the Shutdown event every time.
