KNOWN ISSUE: Adobe Patch Reports show ''No Results'' in Drill-down screen

Problem
Drill-downs do not work from Compliance Reports when Adobe is the selected Vendor. The only information returned is the 'No Results' when any Right click option is selected; such as, View Targeted Computers, View Applicable Computers, View Installed Computers and View Vulnerable Computers.

Solution
This issue was resolved in Patch Management Solution build 7.0.4503
Upgrading the Patch Management Solution to SP2 MR3, through the Symantec Installation Manager, will resolve this issue.
Note the changes made from MR2 to MR3 were significant as outlined in KM: TECH147912
