Problem
The Resource Manager's Hardware Summary page is not accessing the Last Configuration Request properly.
The Last Configuration Request on the Hardware Summary page is not accurate or is blank.
Environment
Inventory Solution 7.0 SP2 MR1
Cause
The Resource Manager's Hardware Summary page uses sp_Inv_GetAgentDetails. This stored procedure accesses it's data from the RMV_HW_AltirisAgent view. This view incorrectly accesses the StartTime column from Evt_NS_Event_History for both 'Last Configured Request' and 'Last Event Received'.
Solution
This issue has been logged as a defect and will be addressed in a future version of Inventory Solution.
Alternatively you can use the attached SQL query to correct the problem.
