IIS corrupted itself, and required a re-install. I have run a repair on the NS, and it fails with the error message:

Failed to configure NS.
Failed to create the Altiris NS virtual directory under the IIS default web site. Error: Object required 424

Notification Server 6.0 All Versions

Removing, and re-installing IIS has removed the Altiris virtual directories.

Running a repair will not restore the IIS virtual directories. These are only created during install.

The only supported method of restoring these, is to remove and reinstall the Notification Server, and its solutions. It is recommended that you do this to a new database; and then changing it to point to your existing database afterwards.
