Unable to select packages for deployment in PCT Solution

Problem
Creating packages using PCT Solution works, but when attempting to deploy the personality, I am unable to select a package.
Environment
Notification Server 6.0.6079
PC Transplant Solution 6.1.1026
Cause
Something was changed with Notification Server 6.0 SP3 that breaks the way PCT Solution deploys packages.
Solution
Since PCT Solution is not being developed at this time, there are three workarounds you can use.
- The PCT Solution package can be stored and accessed using the Webstore option.
- Do not use Notification Server 6.0 SP3 to deploy the packages, instead use scripts or another delivery mechanism.
- Use PCT Standalone or PCT in Deployment Server.
