Process: iexplore.exe (3480)
Notification Server 6.0
The product that causes the failure has been updated in the Web-based Solution Center, but the local Solution Center has not been updated with the information for the updated product and looks for the previous version in the Web-based Solution Center.
A product was updated in the Web-based Solution Center after the Notification Servers' scheduled Solution Center Update occurred. When you run the suite install, it was looking for the older version (which was no longer available) instead of the newer version; it can't find it, and so it errors out.
If you can't get the Altiris Microsoft Active Directory Integration Component to download now, do this:
- In the Altiris Console, click Configuration > Upgrade/Install Additional Components.
- In the Solution Center page, click the Setting tab.
- Make sure that the Altiris Web Site is selected as the Solution Center location and then click Download Now.
- Make sure the Solution Center updated schedule is also enabled. The default is at 9:00 am every 1 days starting . . .
- Click the Apply.
