Getting access denied when attempting to backup a NetGear ReadyNAS with Backup Exec for Windows Servers
Ralus on a ReadyNas is NOT supported by Backup Exec. Please refer to our HCL and SCL for supported configurations that do not use Ralus.
At the time of this writing, Ralus has never been supported on any model of ReadyNas.
If NetGear is installing our Ralus agent onto devices that we do not support, then NetGear should be contacted for support.
