Problem
Mailboxes that were migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010 may not be processed by an Archive job
Error
When archiving email using the Backup Exec Archiving Option (BEAO) for email. Some mailboxes may not be archived if they were migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 or 2010.
The job will contain the following message:

No backup sets were found for the following mailboxes that are included in one or more mailbox groups for the archive job. The associated Exchange mail stores may not be backed up, or the mailbox or user may have been deleted in the last 14 days.
Debug log will show:

ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=USER not found in cache. So either not provisioned or does not exist. Not syncing
Cause
This issue is caused due to incorrect MailboxDN.
