Problem
The Restricted Encryption Key cannot be used by a backup job after renaming the media server.
Error
The restricted encryption key cannot be used because the key owner cannot be validated. Verify that the user account for the key owner exists and is not disabled or locked out, or choose a different encryption key.
Solution
This issue is resolved in Backup Exec 2010 R2.
Workaround:
Create the encryption key with the type of "Common", and select this key for the backup job.
