Problem
Automatic Classification Engine (ACE) does not tag the correct members of distribution lists
Solution
When a Distribution List (DL) only includes exempt employees, tagging works properly. However, when a DL has a mix of exempt and non-exempt, tagging will not work properly.
This is due to a policy configuration in the ACE Administration Console in order to allow for DL's to have mixed members
Solution:
1. From the Administration Console, expand User Administration | Right-click on the upper most user directory and select View Policy.
2. Expand System Settings
3. Set the option Maximum Size of E-mail Distribution Lists to Zero
Note: The default setting is 1, which will not expand a distribution list and will cause DL's to not tag properly
