Prerequisites
- Administrative privileges are required to install this Service Pack.

Post Requisites
- A full backup is recommended after installing this Service Pack.
- The IDR recovery media (the ISO created through the IDR Wizard) needs to be recreated after installing this Service Pack.
- Agent for Windows Servers will need to be updated after installing this Service Pack.

- After the installation of the hotfix, existing AVVI selection lists may not show correctly in the graphical "View by Resource" screen. -- To correct this issue remove the existing entry from the text based "View Selection Details" screen and then recreate the selection via the "View by Resource" screen. This is due to the changes in how the AVVI selection lists are represented in the system, including how they are shown in the "View Selection Details" screen.
- Restore selections may show the same DataCenter listed twice. Expanding one entry will show restore selections for jobs run prior to installing this hotfix and expanding the other entry will show restore selections for jobs run since the hotfix.
