Problem
KB911831 fails to install with the following return code listed in the client log Exit code=-2147023728. The following exit code is displayed on the run History tab when the properties Software Delivery package 2147953568. The update will install successfully on Windows* 2000 SP4 workstations with Microsoft Office* XP Pro installed.
