PCDOS boot package hangs on new Dell Laptop (Latitude E4310 / E6410)

Problem
When booting from media or using TCP/IP Network Boot Image (PXE), Starting PC DOS hangs
Symptoms
"Starting PC DOS..." is loaded then hangs after the Ethernet address information
Cause
Unable to load MOUSE.COM, probably because the touchpad shares the same IRQ as the mouse.
Solution
When DOS begins on the client, press F8 to let the process run step by step. Press "N" to avoid to load following Autoexec.bat command line:
if exist MOUSE.COM MOUSE.COM
You can also delete this line from the Boot Wizard: when you reach the screen titled "Symantec Ghost Boot Wizard - Review", click the Start Editing button.
