Problem
ltid log contains the following:

18:46:24.196 [127278] <16> qmgmt_releaseMediaServerResources: ERROR: failed to initialize RB orb

18:46:58.325 [127278] <16> InitializeOrb: CORBA::EXCEPTION connection to host xxxx.com failed. exception = COMM_FAILURE
18:46:58.325 [127278] <16> qmgmt_releaseMediaServerResources: ERROR: failed to initialize RB orb
18:46:58.325 [127278] <3> logstderrmsg: Failed to reset the device allocations for this host, status=3000000
Cause
nbrb was hung on the master server. This was confirmed by running <install_path>/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbrbutil -dump which hung.
Solution
Restarted Netbackup processes on the master server.
