Backup Exec 2010  x32

Cause

This error may be returned because Backup Exec is installed on 32 bit Media server.

Solution

Exchange 2010 backups require a 64 Bit Backup Exec server in order for GRT selections to be available.

To resolve the issue and enable granular selections, move Backup Exec to a 64 bit server.

If Backup Exec cannot be moved or if granular selections are not desired, then disable application GRT selections in the job definition for Exchange.
