Cisco VCS cluster agent library errors

Problem
Cisco provided SubcriberManager, OnOnlyProcess and TimesTenRep agent resources can not be monitored by Veritas Cluster Server due to the following library errors.
Error
Can't locate ag_i18n_inc.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/VRTSperl/lib/5.10.0/i686-linux-thread-multi-64int /opt/VRTSperl/lib/5.10.0 /opt/VRTSperl/lib/site_perl/5.10.0/i686-linux-thread-multi-64int /opt/VRTSperl/lib/site_perl/5.10.0 .) at TtOperations.pm line 46.

Cause
Symantec does not support 3rd party cluster agents. Customers with the above errors should contact Cisco to expext solution from them.
Preliminary instestigation by Symantec Technical Support found that the Cisco-provided agents may not include the Perl libraries we supplied with our product and that causes the Cisco agent not to be able to import some of the modules.
Solution
Customers with such issue should contact Cisco Support for updated agents.
