Prerequisites
- Before installing this hotfix, Service Pack 5 must be installed. Service Pack 5 can be obtained here: www.symantec.com/docs/TECH138210
- Administrative privileges are required to install this hotfix.
Post requisites
- A full backup is recommended after installing this hotfix.
- The IDR recovery media (the ISO created through the IDR Wizard) needs to be recreated after installing this hotfix.
- Remote Agent for Windows Servers will need to be updated after installing this hotfix.

- Restore of individual email messages from Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) enabled Exchange Information Store backup sets on tape fails with the error "Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again"
