No workstation machines returned when querying Machines datasource in bv-Control for Windows

Problem
There is a message stating, 'No records match the query specified' when running the queries against Windows workstations in bv-Control for Windows in Symantec Control Compliance Suite 10.0 Data Collection.
Error
"No Records match the query Specified" when running the queries against the Machines datasource from the RMS Console.
Cause
The License Options in bv-Control for Windows have been configured to "Skip workstations in machine-based queries".
Solution
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Open RMS Console and Information Server
- Expand bv-Control for Windows
- Select Configuration
- Double-click License Options
- In the License Options dialog box, uncheck the 'Skip workstations in machine-based queries' checkbox
- Re-run the query.
