Problem
Not possible to delete software package resource type if it was referenced by any Mnagaed Delivery Policy and removed.
Error
The item '***' is being referenced by one or more other items. You must
first delete these items or remove the dependencies before the selected item
can be deleted. Re-try Delete?
Environment
Software Management Solution 7.0 SP2 MR1
Cause
Software Package resource cannot be removed if it is in use by task/policy.
Solution
Delete Managed Delivery Policy/Task(s) referencing Software Package in question before removing software package resource.
