Software Package and command line replication is not replicating down to child NSs

Software Package and command line replication is not replicating down to child NSs. The customer wants to be able to replicate Software Packages multiple times per day so they need to break out the Software Packages and command line replication onto its own schedule. If they run it using the standard replication schedule, package replication works. If they break it out into its own schedule it fails.

The Software Package and Command line replication process is dependent upon the Software Resource Summary Replication process. Both have to be scheduled in the same manner
The fix to this is that you also have to ALSO replicate the Software Resource Summary Replication resource using the same scheduling mechanism. If both Software Packages and command line replication and Software Resource Summary Replication are configured to use the standard replication schedule package replication works. If both are configured to run on a custom schedule it works. But if one is scheduled to use the stand replication schedule and the other a custom schedule, it fails.
