ENHANCEMENTS AND ISSUES RESOLVED IN THIS RELEASE

DTS 5005/79

Description:

The agent does not recognize the server action period correctly. It assumes

the server window with a discrepancy of 1 hour.

New status:

The new agent version resolves the issue so that the agent recognizes the

  server action period correctly.

DTS 5005/78

Description:

After upgrading the Symantec ON Command CCM Windows Agent to the Symantec

ON iCommand Windows Agent using the update package, the action period is

  recognized incorrectly.

New status:

The agent has been enhanced to resolve this issue. It recognizes the

  server action period correctly.

DTS 5005/44

Description:

If the server action period is set to span two days, the action period is

  recognized incorrectly.

New status:

The new agent version resolves the issue to recognize the server action

  period correctly.

DTS 509/320, 5005/43

Description:

A computer managed by the Symantec ON iCommand Windows Agent with the boot

priority set to 0 is not able to execute jobs outside of the server action

  period.

New status:

A managed computer with the boot priority set to 0 is able to execute assigned

jobs beyond the server action period.  To enable this feature, install the

"Symantec ON iCommand 3.0.x Service Pack 3b" on the Symantec ON iCommand V3.0.x

Configuration Server and set the value     sendclientpriority=1

in the ccmjass.cfg configuration file. Finally restart the CCM Web Services.

NOTE: Although the CCM Database Service automatically checks for pending jobs,

it does not forward the push/wakeup event beyond the server action period.

DTS 5026/1, 5005/36

Description:

A managed computer in MobileClient mode is in a dial-up session.

After a new job is assigned, the Agent does not respond, and an error

This issue has been resolved in the new agent version.

 DTS 5029/2

Description:

A job has been assigned to a managed computer but the agent does not

communicate any activity to the server.  This issue was caused by an

internally used registry key which was not set with the result of

  operation abort.

New status:

The enhanced agent version creates the key on demand to prevent this issue.

DTS <n/a>

Description:

The OpenSSL protocol is used for the communication between the agent and

the CCM Java Agent Support Service. For security reasons the last released
