ROOTDRIVE property set in deployed installation causing 1327 error when no c drive is available

Problem
Customer has set ROOTDRIVE property in an installation already deployed. He needs to make a change to this in order to allow users without a C drive to install.
Solution
Pass the ROOTDRIVE property in on the command line when the application is installed.
MSIEXEC /i <path to msi> ROOTDRIVE=E:
