User with Active Directory Integrated account is locked out

A user logging into the Risk Automation Suite portal with Active Directory credentials is given a message that the account is locked out.
Simply resetting the account will not work with an Active Directory user because resetting the account requires you to enter a new password. This can not be done with the Active Directory accounts.
