Problem
Policy created duplicate jobs failing with error shown below. The following are characteristics of the issue are:
-- Only some of the policy base jobs are failing; others, using the same storage devices, complete successfully
-- The same policy base job that are fail continue to fail.
-- Running the duplication job manually also fails.
-- Creating a manual duplication backup job set works successfully for the backup media the original backup job has created.

e0009444 - The requested source duplicate backup sets catalog record could not be found.

Cause
A scheduled policy base duplication job failing to run one or more times where the media set has been overwritten when the duplication job now attempts to run.
Solution
Follow the steps listed below to remove the references to media that is no longer available within the current duplicate job's selection list:
(1) On the job monitor tab right click on the duplicate job and choose Edit Selection list.
(2) Click yes on warning message pop-up.
(3) Click the, 'View Selection Details,' tab.
(4) Select, one at a time, references listed with the heading:

(5) Once all references has been deleted from step 4 click OK to save the modified selection list.
(6) Click OK to leave the selection list properties.
(7) Prior to the next duplication job schedule run, right click on the duplication job and choose,'Run now'.
