Wise Package Studio License error: Unable to locate license

The Administrator that originally installed the WPS has left company. Current staff is unable to access the WPS. Attempted to install under different name on server, but it still uses the original installer's information. How do I fix it?
The person that originally installs Wise Package Studio accounts gets stored in the database to perform the Wise Service tasks handled behind the scenes.
Delete the following registry keys: HKCU\Software\Wise Solutions and HKLM\Software\Wise Solutions. Rerun the Wise Repository Manager.
