Problem
User Prompted for authentication when accessing reports from Notification email links. How can the need to enter authentication be removed?
Solution
Adding the Notification Server URL to the Local Intranet zone will resolve the issue.
- Go to Tools, Internet Options
- Click on the Security tab
- Highlight Trusted Sites
- Click the Sites button.
- Add the Notification Server URL - ie http://mynotificationserver/
