Problem

All antivirus, PTP and NTP definitions cannot be updated from SEPM.

Communication with SEPM is ok. Secars test is ok. Policy can be updated.

sylink.log showed the following errors:

Environment

IE 9 Beta

Cause

Prior to RU6 MP2, SEP does not support IE9 Beta.

Solution

Upgrade SEP 11 client to SEP 11 RU6 MP2 or

downgrade IE9 Beta to IE8 .
