Problem
Next Hop is a CCS RAM (Response Assessment Module) tool that changes the logic of a questionnaire.
It allows you to skip or reorder questions based on the answers selected.
Solution
Example;
Questionnaire 1;
1. Have you applied the 2010-3 update for RAM?
yes
no (you can set a next hop if answer is no to skip to question #3 since question #2 is n/a)
2. Did you have difficulty applying the update
yes
no
3. Have you obtained the update from the ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/products/symantec_control_compliance_suite/9.0/updates/response_assessment_module/?
yes
no
