Solution

Workarounds for SQL:
1) Remove any databases that are in an offline or restoring state or bring the databases online.
2) Disable Application GRT in the backup.
3) Backup the SQL databases using the remote agent instead of the virtual machine agents (AVVI or Hyper-V).

Workarounds for Exchange:
1) Remove any Exchange databases that are not mounted or mount the offline databases.
2) Disable Application GRT in the backup.
3) Backup Exchange using the remote agent instead of the virtual machine agents (AVVI or Hyper-V).
