Symantec launches Symantec Operations Readiness Tools - VOS is now SORT

Problem
For assistance with SFHA installations, upgrades, risk assessments, patches, ASLs and product documentation, Veritas Operations Services (VOS) has be renamed to Symantec Operations Readiness Tools (SORT)
Solution
Based on user feedback, Symantec has renamed Veritas Operations Services (VOS) to Symantec Operations Readiness Tools (SORT).
In addition to introducing the new name SORT, Symantec has redesigned the Web site and added these new features:
- A new landing page that provides training about features on the site
- New data collector functionality for NetBackup installations and upgrades
- Integration of key NetBackup data in the NetBackup checklists
- Improved data collector flow, including options to run individual reports
- Windows support for Risk Assessment reports
- Windows support for Product and License Usage reports
- Improved site searchability, including improved keyword mapping
- Technical solutions and software alerts
