Problem
The Backup Exec Job Engine may Crash during NDMP backups when the Backup Exec selection list contains snapshots selections that no long exist on a Netapp Filer. This has been observed when Netapp (.snapshot) have been created, renamed, or deleted using Netapp SnapManager.

Solution
This issue has been resolved in Backup Exec 2010 R3
This issue is resovled in Backup Exec 2010 R2 Hotfix (TECH159293). See Related Documents.
WORKAROUND:
Edit the Selection list in text view and remove the invalid selection. In Backup Exec open the Selection list and click on "View Selection Detail" to view the selection list in Text view. Delete the Invalid selection list entry.
