KNOWN ISSUE: PC Transplant Solution does not capture App Data and Desktop folders redirected to UNC locations

Technical Solution


I have my My Documents, Application Data, and Desktop folders redirected to a network share. When they try to capture either the Application Data or Desktop folder, nothing is captured. If they capture My Documents the files are captured.

There is a problem in the code with the way we handle files stored at a UNC location.


This issue has been resolved with the release of PC Transplant Solution 6.8.
