Email restore job fails when trying to go through a CAS Array to access Exchange 2010

A restore job will fail while trying to send an individual email using the GRT (Granular Restore Technology) method through a network load balancer to access an Exchange 2010 Data Availability Group (DAG).
Possible error messages:
0xe0000f04 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer.
Remote Agent not detected on casarray.your-domain.com.

Network load balancer acting as a Client Access Server (CAS) Array.
The network load balancer sits above the DAG acting as a pseudo-CAS and redirects traffic to different DAG nodes with the CAS role. Backup Exec makes two connections to the CAS server during the restore and the connections have to be to the same server.
A. Run the restore as a Redirect restore the the IP address of one of the CAS nodes.
B. Add an entry into the Media Server's HOSTS file for the primary DAG node IP address that are running the Client access roll, use using the CAS Array's hostname.
