Problem
The Symantec Enterprise Security Manager™ (ESM) 9.0.1 Console Installer lets you install the ESM console on Windows computers that meet the system requirements. The ESM 9.0.1 Console Installer provides you with a convenient way to distribute the installer across the users who may not have permissions to use the other ESM components.
Solution
This update also addresses the following issues:
- The ESM 9.0 or the ESM 9.0.1 console hangs when you expand the domains on Windows XP.
- The Enable/disable Live Update option on the ESM console does not work in ESM 9.0 SP1.
- Rich content errors are displayed in the ESM 9.0 console.
