6.5 Console > View > Solutions > Software Virtualization menu item missing after install SWV Solution 6.1 SP4

Problem
After installing SWV Solution 6.1 SP4, it was found that the 6.5 Console > View > Solutions > Software Virtualization menu item was missing.
Running a repair of this product, as well as a AeXConfig action as well as reinstalling it didn't rectify this problem.
Environment
NS 6.0 SP3 R13 with SWV Solution 6.1 SP4
Cause
The 6.5 Console > Configure > Console > Menus > View > Solutions > Software Virtualization item had not been created.
Solution
1. Open 6.5 Console.
2. Configure > Console > Menus.
3. View > Solutions.
4. Right-click Solutions and select “Import Submenu…”.
5. Browse to where you have saved the attached XML file, and select it.
