After a successful upgrade of the master and client servers to NetBackup 7.0.1, a client server started reporting "..Fibre Transport resources are not available (2075)" errors, even though they were not previously licensed OR configured for SAN Client Fibre Transport type backups.

* Master Server: - Windows 2008 (x64) R2 Enterprise Server - running NetBackup 7.0.1
The recommended fix for this issue was to configure the Host Properties > Master Server > Fiber Transport option, but when the customer opened the NetBackup Administration Console > Host Properties > Master Servers; the 'Fibre Transport' branch was not displayed.
Successfully installed a NetBackup 7.0.1 evaluation key on the NetBackup 7.0.1 master server; and the SAN Client license key was included under Help > License Keys; and the SAN Client Fibre Transport service was started without error; HOWEVER; when we opened the NetBackup Administration Console > Host Properties > Master Servers; the 'Fibre Transport' branch was STILL not displayed?
This issue iss detailed in the following technote:
TECH137370: BUG REPORT: Licensed features (such as Vault and BMR Management) are not available in the Windows Admin console after upgrade to 7.0.1, or options that are *not* licensed are appearing unnecessarily.
SOLUTION: Installed NetBackup EEB (NB_7.0.1_ET2110878_1.zip) on the master server to resolve known issue with "options that are *not* licensed are appearing unnecessarily"; and then disabled the 'Fibre Transport' option by configuring to "Never".
1 - Installed the evaluation license key (to license the SAN Client Fibre Transport option)
2 - Downloaded and installed the EEB (NB_7.0.1_ET2110878_1.zip) and ran the "eebinstaller.2110878.1.AMD64.exe" executable file
3 - Confirmed the 'Fibre Transport' branch is displayed under the master server's 'Host Properties':
-> On the master server; opened the NetBackup Administration Console > Host Properties > Master Server > Properties
-> The 'Fiber Transport' branch was listed and set to "Always"
-> Changed the 'Fiber Transport' parameter to "Never" and cycled the NetBackup services
4 - Re-ran the restore job that had failed previously ...the job completed without error.
