The restore of a Vault Store database to Enterprise Vault fails with error '0xe0000033 - The target Microsoft SQL Server instance does not support 'the 'Continue on error' restore option'.

Problem
When using the Backup Exec Enterprise Vault (EV) agent to restore an EV Vault Store DB residing on a SQL 2000 Server, an error is received:
0xe0000033 - The target Microsoft SQL Server instance does not support the 'Continue on error' restore option.
Solution
A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned at the end of this article. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Documents at the end of this article to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
